All orders placed on this site are fulfilled from our suppliers here in Australia after being reviewed by store staff in Cairns, Australia.  Orders placed before 12PM are typically dispatched via express post on the same day, otherwise your order will be processed on the next working day.  Orders placed after 12PM Friday will be processed the following Monday.

All orders are delivered through StarTrack Couriers, a subsidiary of Australia Post, and are delivered in plain packaging.  Tracking details for your parcel will be made available to you as soon as staff receive them from our supplier (usually between 24 and 48 hours after your order has been processed).

The average delivery time for your purchase from the time it is sent on from Cairns, to delivery at your address, is 2 - 3 working days to most of Australia.  Please be mindful that your package may be delivered even before we have tracking information to give you. 

Please be aware that if you are not home for delivery of your parcel, StarTrack delivery drivers may leave your parcel in a location they deem safe.  If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days, please check your letterbox as your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office.  If you do not have a collection notice, please contact our store at 07 4041 4069, or erotica.cairns.info@gmail.com.
